Annie gave me a surprise last night - the Darling Twins(1 doe and 1 buck). Despite having "almost" purebred heritage(75% Toggenburg dam and American[100%] Toggenburg sire) these guys surprisingly did not inherit the white markings which is required for registry in ADGA. I do think I have figured out our problem(s) though - inbreeding(which is a common practice in many dairy herds, between the sire and daughter and usually comes out fine with very nice kids - in this case it was not on purpose, but happened) but I think the real problem was both of the parents had minimum white. Oh well! They are happy, healthy, and I love them!
